Returns

For the return you must get in touch with us at the following email: shop@depetrillo.it

Before applying for a return, please ensure that the product is not damaged and that the tag and seal are present and intact. The package must be returned with all the original contents. You have 14 days from day of delivery to complete a return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please request a refund and make a new purchase.

Costs

Italy: 10 euros

European Union, including UK: 50 euros

Rest of the world: 70 euros

Return instruction

Returning your purchase sign in to your account and under “Orders”, select the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return. All items must be returned new, unused and in the original garment box. Please close the box safely and apply returns label that we will send you via email.

Refund

Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded at net of any shipping costs. If your order has been sent to a destination extra EU , you will be refunded the amount at net of any import tax or duty, if they apply, and net of shipping costs.
